Should release magazines at the same time as newsstands

Have not been able to see the magazine because there has been no help to download newest version of app. Will not renew if I cant even access this years subscription.

I liked this magazine, but the December issue is stuck in a loop! After downloading the latest issue, I get a message that says I need to update the app for this issue. I cant! Paid for it, but I cant read it. Cancelling my subscription until these kinds of issues are resolved. Maybe permanently!

...please fix and I will update my review. Like the magazine - but not getting what I paid for right now.

Videomaker repaired an issue with the December 2012 issue. All is well now. Generally, this is a great way to read a great magazine.

Its GREAT to see Videomaker on the iPad! The reviews, features and buyers guides are so valuable.

Ive been waiting a long time for this! Great digital mag and I love the subscription model! Well done!

The bad: I expected better and more thorough information. "50+ camcorders reviewed" actually only briefly mentioned 23. Two sentences each is NOT a review. The good: As far as the app design goes, this is a good app. The interface is nice, with scrollable columns that move without the background.

With more ads than useful content this mag ought to be free. I enjoy it, but not enough to pay 5 bucks. I consider the info to be dreadfully basic and Im bit of a novice.

I love the magazine, but every time I get to an advertisement the screen goes dark and I get a large "reload" symbol on the screen. The only thing I can do at that point is go to the table of contents; the app does not respond to anything else.

Ive been reading this magazine for quite a few years. Content varies, but its generally fair to very good. Its especially helpful for novices. I like the introduction of new equipment in each issue, although the reviews are anywhere from marginal to good (i.e., the reviews, not the equipment). In some cases, theyve apparently had to settle for less-than-stellar reviewers. Regardless, youll like the mag. My only real complaint is the poor implementation of the digital controls associated with the digital magazine. Fortunately, the company is much more adept at video than they are at creating digital content.

While the content is good, the interface is non intuitive and on occasion buggy. I prefer Zinio magazine presentations for their ease of use.

Navigation is often an extreme problem. I just now battled and battled to get out of an ad - just kept taking me to a website, and the "done" button would disappear the moment Id touch it without leaving the website. Costs twice as much as the other magazines I subscribe to, and with this much aggravation and very little content. The cover story of the issue I downloaded ISNT EVEN IN THE MAGAZINE. You can get it sent to you, if you sign up for email. Youve got to be kidding! Money hungry sums this up. im deleting.

Cant read september issue. Claims it needs an updated app but Im using the most current version. Please help!!

I like the magazine but the app doesnt work. In the past some pages wouldnt show. Now the app wont launch. So now I cant view any of my back issues. I feel I am out a year of subscriptions. I would recommend you stay away from this app.

I cant get my latest issue until I uninstall and reinstall and even then it freezes on the processing stage! Please fix or I will cancel my subscription!

The app is broken. I cant download the latest issue and cant update the app. Dont waste your money.
